Can we bank on the banks?

The banks have been trying to breakout from their recent 2 week consolidation. Today the private bank group especially Axis Bank and ICICI showed some strength. If we follow through tomorrow we could be in for an extended run.

My gut says the banks are bankable -but we shall  know really soon!
